Baking day

Today we made gluten free sugar cookies. While I washed the dishes and did some creative water and bubble play, Mommy made pink frosting. Mommy frosted the cookies and I embellished them with sprinkles and hearts. It was so much fun. I shared them with Grandma Susie, my friend and neighbor Abby and Daddy. I also set some aside for Auntie Katy. I got to eat one too. I have one set aside for tomorrow's breakfast also. I also ate a lot of the cookie dough while I was help roll out the balls. I had so much sugar that I had to run it off outside in the sunny 22 degree weather for a half hour.

How I spend my winter days...

My beautiful princess

Audrey was in princess state of mind today. We took a trip to our local craft store and it was laced with Disney princess products around every corner. It was a hard lesson for Audrey to learn that we couldn't have it all. We did however end up with a fancy coloring/painting book, stickers and a wand. When we got home we downloaded the Disney Princess soundtrack to listen too. It was princess overload for mama but pure bliss for Audrey.

This was my craft project today. I made a very hungry caterpillar. I wonder what I will get to make tomorrow.

Creative play in the snow

Today we had some fun in the snow. Mom brought out the food coloring and we made colored snow. I also did a little sledding off our huge hill of snow. I also put the finishing touches on the birthday chain I am making to help me count down the days until I turn 3!

Game time

Game time is a favorite time of day in our house. We try to make time for games everyday. Lula really likes this game because it has dogs on it.
