First I will smile pretty for the camera. I am 5 months old today. In the second picture I was listening to my doggie Lula. Then in picture three & four I said the heck with this sign. I am going to crumple it up- I will show them who the big girl is.
Today I up early. I went to yoga and my friend Gavin was there today. Then we went to the grocery store. I also went to visit my Grandma Susan today. We played on the floor for a long time. She has a doggie too. Her name is Taffy. I really wanted to pull Taffy's leg. After grandma's I took my afternoon nap and then played in the jumperoo while Mommy cooked dinner.
I slept in with Daddy today while Mommy taught yoga. Then I played in my jumperoo, took a nap and then played some more. I went for a walk with Mommy, Daddy and Lula too. Grandma Susan came over and went out to dinner with us at a Thai restaurant. I was a bit fussy at dinner. I was really tired and just wanted to sleep. I better go... my bath is waiting. Good night!
Today Mommy and Daddy took me to the Como Zoo. I saw monkeys, apes, ducks, sea lions, zebras, goats and a giraffe. I loved the monkeys! I had so much fun. I also started whispering for the first time today. I didn't want to take a nap because I was so excited from my first trip to the zoo.
Today was a fun play date at Gavin's house. Linny, Selah, Roman, Gavin and another new girl were there. It was lots of fun but I was a bit fussy. It was during my normal lunch time and I don't care to eat in public right anymore. I get too distracted! After lunch I napped and played in my jumperoo. Before dinner Daddy took me along for a run in the new running stroller (that is why I was putting on my hat- or taking it off). I think I liked it. I cried during my bath for the FIRST time tonight. I was hungry (again). I think I am ready for solid food. Bring it on Mom!!!

Here I am napping in the morning and then again in the afternoon. I went to story time at the Linden Hills Library with my cousins Catie and Abby. Then I went to Wild Rumpus and got some new books. Pat the Bunny - one of my mommy's favorites when she was little. After lunch we went downtown to get a new phone for mommy & daddy. Here is a video daddy took with his phone of me talking. He is still figuring it out, that it is why the video is uploaded sideways. At night, daddy, Lula and Grandpa Charlie and I went for a long walk.
Out for a family walk on a Tuesday afternoon. Daddy worked from home today. Mommy and I went grocery shopping in the morning. She forgot to buy ginger so we all walked up to the Co-op to get some.
My first Twins game! I went with daddy's baseball team and we got to watch in a box/suite. I cried when the Twins had a good play- because of the loud clapping & cheering.
This weekend my grandpa & grandma Davis came to say at our house. It was Baptism weekend. My cousins, aunts and friends filled the weekend. I really need a long, luke-warm bath to unwind from all the activities. Now I am ready for bed.
I was so good today. I was baptized at Good Samaritan Methodist Church in Edina. I didn't cry once. I did yawn when Pastor Dan walked me around- people laughed. Then I had a big party back at my house. We had lots of good food (which I can't eat yet) and family & friends. It was so much fun. This is my cousin Abby holding me.
Tonight I went to the Mall of America for the first time. We met my cousins at the Rainforest Cafe for dinner. There was so much to look at there. It was raining and misting behind me and it was raining hard outside too. I got really tired and finally just fell asleep.
Yesterday I got to go with mom to a photo shoot for Blooma (www.blooma.com), the new yoga studio that mom is going to work at. They asked me to be the in photo with Sarah's mom for the childcare drop off. I will have my mom post the pictures once we get them. I was really good. I smiled a lot!!! Then I got to pose with mom in her headshot. I also got to meet my new friend Jessica Rosenberg for the first time. It was such a fun day!
Mom found a fancy new running stroller for me and dad. I still am waiting to go on my first run with dad but I have had lots of pleasant walks in it. Dad thought I looked like an astronaut in when the lid was down and my pacifier was in (like a tiny oxygen mask).
